Medicine Wheel Foundational Teachings

The Medicine Wheel is an amazing tool for self-assessment, to see how balanced we are in all aspects of life; physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional.

This encompasses our relationships to self and others, our jobs and careers, our health and well-being, our self-care and self-responsibility, as well as an awareness of the interconnectedness of all things.

It is about learning how to become whole. These teaching span many indigenous communities and traditions from Native American people to Indigenous Australians.

Most tribes and traditions that are deeply aligned with earth based, or nature-based spirituality, have teachings that help us connect more fully with the natural cycles of life, death, and change.

The Medicine Wheel is an instrument, a sacred tool, for understanding how we fit into life, what our purpose is and how we can walk in beauty as we relate to all that is around us.

Rewylding is a return to the wisdom that has always lived within you.

It is remembering that you are not separate from nature, you are nature.

Your body carries rhythms.
Your life moves through seasons.
Your soul speaks through intuition, change and transformation.

In a world that often asks women to push harder, achieve more and disconnect from their own needs, Rewylding offers another way.

A way of listening. A way of slowing down. A way of living in relationship with the natural cycles of life.

Because a woman’s body was never designed to be a machine.

It was designed to be a compass.

Through the Medicine Wheel, seasonal teachings and sacred archetypes, Rewylding guides you through the cycles of:

Preparation - Initiation - Integration

It is a journey of returning to your own inner wisdom, honouring your endings, celebrating your becoming and reclaiming the beauty of who you are.

To walk the Beauty Way is to live in harmony with yourself, with others and with the living world around you.

It is choosing compassion over judgement. Connection over separation. Presence over perfection.

It is remembering that your life has seasons, your transformation has purpose, and the wisdom you seek is already within you.

Shekinah Leigh

Counsellor • Celebrant • Sacred Guide

Hi, I'm Shekinah Leigh, founder of Beautifully Wyld.

For over two decades, I've been walking alongside women through life's sacred thresholds, as a Holistic Counsellor, Matrescence Mentor, Shamanic Practitioner, Psych-K Facilitator, Celebrant and Ceremonial Guide.

My work weaves together psychology, ancient wisdom and embodied practice to help women navigate change with greater clarity, courage and compassion. Whether you're moving through motherhood, midlife, grief, illness or a season of profound transformation, I believe your body already holds the wisdom to guide you forward.

Rewylding brings together the heart of everything I've learned and lived. It is an invitation to reconnect with your natural rhythms, trust your inner compass and walk the Beauty Way, so you can live with greater authenticity, purpose and connection to yourself, your community and the world around you.

I'd be honoured to walk this journey with you.

Ubuhamya

"I would so love to go again with you this year, I had actually been hoping you would offer it again. I am also more then happy to pay more money for another year!"
