Holistic Counselling for Women

For the woman who has spent a long time holding it all together.

I’m Shekinah, a mother, business owner, holistic counsellor, facilitator and lifelong explorer of women’s transformation. For more than two decades, I’ve worked alongside women through massage, holistic practices, ceremony, women’s work and personal transformation.

My own journey has taken me through motherhood and solo parenting, building businesses, profound changes in my body and identity, breast cancer, early menopause, loss, relationships, reinvention and the many moments when life asks us to begin again.

I know what it is to be the capable one, the one everyone relies on, while quietly wondering how much longer you can keep doing it all. These experiences have shaped the woman and practitioner I am today. I bring warmth, curiosity, intuition and grounded presence to my work, alongside a deep respect for each woman’s individual story.

The Sacred Threshold

Life has a way of bringing us to moments that change everything. The birth of a child. The end of a relationship. Grief. Illness. Menopause. A shift in identity. A quiet knowing that the life you’ve been living no longer fits the woman you are becoming.

I call these Sacred Thresholds, the spaces between who we have been and who we are becoming.

I don’t believe we ever stop becoming. And I don’t believe these moments mean something has gone wrong. Sometimes they are an invitation to pause, listen more deeply and discover what comes next.

The work I do

I work with women who are capable, caring and used to holding everything together, but who are quietly exhausted, overwhelmed or wondering where they went along the way.

You might be navigating motherhood or matrescence, relationship change, grief, burnout, menopause or a major life transition. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.

As a Registered Counsellor, I bring together professional counselling with more than 20 years of experience in holistic and embodied practices, including shamanic therapies, PSYCH-K®, matrescence and birth work, rites of passage, bodywork, yoga, ceremony and facilitation.

I don’t believe healing is about fixing what is broken. I believe it is about remembering the wisdom, strength and wholeness that have always been within you.

Remember • Release • Reclaim • Rebirth

If something here has resonated with you, get in touch and tell me a little about what’s bringing you here. We can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
