Shamanic Therapies and Sacred Rituals

SHAMANIC THERAPIES

For when something deeper is asking to be heard.

Sometimes you can understand exactly why you feel the way you do and still feel stuck.

You've thought about it. Talked about it. Tried to change it.

And yet something keeps pulling you back into the same patterns.

This is where I work differently.

Shamanic therapies bring together energy work, guided journeying, ritual, symbolism and embodied practices to explore the parts of your experience that don't always respond to logic or conversation.

Because you're not just a mind.

You're a body, a nervous system, a history, a collection of experiences, beliefs and stories.

Sometimes something deeper needs to be heard.

You might be here because...

You're moving through grief, loss, relationship change, motherhood, menopause, burnout or a completely new chapter.

Maybe you've spent years being the capable one. Holding it together. Looking after everyone else.

And now you're tired.

You may feel disconnected from yourself, caught in an old pattern or quietly wondering, Is this really how I want to keep living?

You don't have to know exactly what you need.

You just need to know you don't want to stay here.

A DIFFERENT WAY OF WORKING

We start with you.

What's happening? What's changed? What are you carrying? And what are you ready to leave behind?

From there, I may weave together holistic counselling, shamanic therapies, PSYCH-K®, energy work, ritual, embodied practices or Closing of the Bones, depending on what feels appropriate.

You don't need to understand the modalities before you come.

We work it out together.

THE WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

SHAMANIC THERAPIES

When something beneath the surface is asking for attention.

Through guided journeying, energy work, symbolism and ritual, we create space for release, reconnection and a deeper relationship with yourself.

PSYCH-K®

When you know what you want to change, but something keeps pulling you back.

PSYCH-K® is a belief-change process that works with subconscious patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel and respond.

Practical, experiential and often a powerful complement to counselling and transformational work.

CLOSING OF THE BONES

Sometimes your body needs to be held while you let something go.

A deeply grounding ritual of being wrapped, held and gathered back into yourself. Particularly meaningful after birth, loss, endings or significant life change.

THE INNER COMPASS

When you've lost touch with what you actually want.

A two-hour session combining holistic counselling and PSYCH-K® to explore the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while reconnecting with your own inner knowing.

2 hours

THE SOUL RENEWAL SESSION

Three hours where you don't have to hold everything together.

A deeply held experience shaped around where you are now, weaving together counselling, PSYCH-K®, shamanic therapies, embodied practices and ritual.

There is no prescribed pathway.

We listen to what you need and go from there.

3 hours

THE REBIRTH CEREMONY

For the woman who knows an old chapter is over.

A personal rite of passage for women standing at the threshold of change. We honour what has been, make space for release and grief, and consciously turn towards what is becoming.

The ceremony may weave together counselling, shamanic therapies, PSYCH-K® and Closing of the Bones.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU NEED.

Maybe you've got a clear reason for being here.

Maybe you just know something isn't working anymore.

Either is enough.

We can start exactly where you are.
